About Mathew
Im a PhD Scholar in Yoga Sutras with an additional diploma in Meditation. An Engineer MBA by Academics, Im passionate about connecting Indians with India. I teach the profound ancient teachings of Indian sages from a secular perspective. Many Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness school teach them from a religious perspective. While I am absolutely not denying the religious dimension, I try to explain the benefits of these subjects from a scientific validation.

My teaching method is a mix of theory and practical application. Normally 20% of lecture followed by 80% practical experiencing sessions is my way of conducting the class.
Classes are Privately conducted for special individuals and also are conducted in a batch or a group.
