About Isabel
I am a Guitar tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 770 students. Throughout my career, I have worked with beginners, hobby musicians, advanced performers, examination candidates, and aspiring professional artists.
My teaching philosophy combines technical excellence with creativity and enjoyment. I believe students learn most effectively when lessons are structured, engaging, and connected to their personal interests and goals. Music should inspire confidence while encouraging exploration and artistic growth.
Many students have progressed from learning their first chords to performing confidently, composing original music, passing examinations, and achieving important personal milestones through my guidance. Their growth and achievements continue to motivate my dedication to teaching.

My Guitar lessons are designed to help students develop technical mastery, musical creativity, confidence, and performance ability through a structured and engaging learning system. I teach Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Fingerstyle Guitar, Improvisation, Ear Training, Music Theory, Song Interpretation, and Performance Preparation for students of all skill levels.
Students begin by developing strong fundamentals including posture, hand positioning, timing, rhythm accuracy, chord transitions, finger coordination, and strumming techniques. These essential foundations create the technical stability required for advanced playing and long-term musical growth.
As students progress, lessons expand into solo techniques, improvisation, advanced chord voicings, fingerstyle arrangements, songwriting concepts, lead guitar performance, and stylistic versatility. Practical learning is emphasized through songs, exercises, performance projects, and creative musical activities.
I integrate music theory directly into practical guitar playing so students understand scales, harmony, chord construction, rhythm, and musical structure while applying concepts immediately. This approach helps learners become independent musicians rather than simply memorizing songs.
Every lesson is tailored according to the student's goals, whether preparing for examinations, performances, auditions, recording projects, professional development, or personal enjoyment. Students receive structured practice plans, detailed feedback, and continuous support.
