About Tshepo
I am a dedicated and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach with over five
years of experience in rugby coaching, athletic development, and performance
enhancement. I specialize in creating tailored training programs, implementing
advanced injury prevention strategies, and fostering holistic athlete development
across all levels of play. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise
Science, I aim to expand my expertise in sports rehabilitation and further the
recognition of women in sports. I am passionate about guiding athletes to reach their
full potential by leveraging innovative training methods and fostering mental
resilience.
