About Nagore

I have almost 1000 hours of yoga training, I am specialized in yoga for children, yin yoga, hatha raja yoga and meditation. I have extensive experience in yoga for children, both in the private sphere and in schools and also with children with special abilities

About the lesson

Fun classes based on games and yoga poses named after animals or geometrically. Children learn breathing techniques to calm themselves. Guided final relaxation so that children learn to relax the physical body and become aware of it at an anatomical level, but also energetic.
