About Helen

I have enjoyed worked with many children of all ages in schools and children’s centres and I’m a parent to neurodivergent children.

Emotional well-being is so important and I want to make good mental health and well-being part of the curriculum and make it accessible to all students.

About the lesson

I offer personalised, tailored sessions to meet the individual needs of the student. Our sessions are safe and inclusive for all, and accommodations can be made to help you access the sessions.

Understanding my body and brain
Exploring emotions
Managing anxiety
Mindfulness and much more.
