About Ophelia

Hey! My name is Ophelia, and I look forward to accompanying you on your musical journey. For the past ten years, I have been performing original compositions with various bands across Europe and the USA. My musical training includes studies in improvised vocals (jazz/pop) at the Franz Liszt University of Music from 2018 to 2023. During this time, I also spent two years working as a vocal instructor at a music school, gaining valuable teaching experience. In 2020, I released my debut album, *Foreign Scents*, and participated in international music projects. I was selected to spend a year studying vocals at the Taller de Músics in Barcelona. I also received a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and performed at the Commencement Ceremony alongside the honorary doctorate recipient Jacob Collier in 2026. In addition to my musical expertise, I am fluent in German, so we can easily communicate in either language.

About the lesson

My name is Ophelia Ariadne; I am a singer, composer, and vocal coach. I want to help you find your own sound and make your progress audible! After an initial introductory session, I will create a curriculum tailored specifically to you, addressing your needs and wishes. Lessons include: - Vocal technique (breathing, vowels, resonance, dynamics, phrasing, breath support, vocal health, bodywork, expression) - Repertoire (Jazz, Pop, Indie, Soul, R&B, your own song choices) - Improvisation - Customized sheet music, practice audio files, and backing tracks. I also offer: - Preparation for vocal studies (Jazz, Pop) - Ear training & harmony (music theory) - Songwriting and Composition lessons. To help you stay on track, you have the option of receiving short exercises and homework assignments for the next lesson (don't worry—nothing overwhelming!). For example, you might record audio clips on your phone, and we’ll review them together in the next session. This way, you’ll be able to hear your progress firsthand from lesson to lesson! You need a reliable internet connection and headphones. Lessons take place via Zoom. My goal is to help you unlock your full vocal potential and support you on your musical journey. My lessons are defined by a positive, relaxed atmosphere where you feel comfortable and encouraged to express yourself. Send me a message for more information or to book a trial lesson.
