About Devon
Hello! My name is Devon, and I am a qualified teacher, professional tutor, and TEFL-certified English instructor with over 20 years of experience working with children and more than six years of private tutoring experience. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their individual learning style, goals, and pace.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and encouraging, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing in confidence. Whether we're improving school subjects, developing English fluency, or building study skills, my focus is on helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorising them.
I have extensive experience supporting learners of different ages and abilities, including students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. I am patient, positive, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
