About Rodrigo
With 17 years on the court and over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build a high-performing athlete at any stage of their journey. My coaching career spans elite club levels at Absolute Volleyball Club and leading high school programs at Redwood, Marin Catholic, and Terra Linda, as well as working with adult players looking to sharpen their competitive edge or refine their mechanics.
Currently coaching at Bodhi Beach, my approach combines high-level technical skill development with a strong emphasis on athletic longevity. I believe in training the "whole athlete", integrating functional strengthening and body mechanics into every session. Whether I am working with a student-athlete or an adult player, my goal is to ensure you are not only faster and more explosive but also more resilient on the court.
