In my experience it's always best to work with someone who will work just as hard you. Since you the athlete are seeking extra/one on one training it's important you find someone who can both inform and motivate you. This is where I come not only do I use my expertise to best accurately train an athlete, but to also set yourself up for better growth long term.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Before Consult:
- 3 areas of training you want to get better at
- Goals for a volleyball career? (Long/Short Term) ex; Varsity Freshman, Starter, More playing time, Club Team Tryouts etc.
