About Emily
My experience with teaching children and adults of all ages Tae Kwon Do, infused with my passion for violin could take you or your child from never having touched a violin before, to playing gigs or playing in a local orchestra!
I have played violin for nine years and have taught Tae Kwon Do for five, I'm excited to use my teaching skills combined with my violin skills to introduce and advance your skills on this beautiful instrument!

I typically start by dedicating the first lesson to correct posture, stretching before and after playing and correct basic technique. The second lesson we will begin working on a technique book and learning scales with songs that match the key the scales are in and we will progress that way.

Details
$10 per hour and I ask that the student either purchases certain music books from me or through a music store. I will provide sheet music, however lesson books will be written in for the individual student so it is crucial they have individual books.
