About Jade
Jade Wesley started teaching private lessons in the summer of 2022. In her 4th grade yearbook for "What do you want to be when you grow up?" the word teacher sits there. Wesley has taught students from California, Texas, NY, and more.
Wesley caters to each individual that her students are. Everyone learns differently, and it is important to take notice of that. Throughout each musical subject that is taught, she includes elements of music theory, aural skills, and standard techniques according to the instrument.
She will be entering her 5th year of her undergraduate degree in Vocal Performance with a focus in Violin, studying at the University of North Texas College of Music. Before transferring to UNT, Wesley started her studies in Orchestral Music Education and Violin Performance at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
She is internationally awarded in the United Kingdom, New York, Washington D.C., and in the DFW area. Wesley has studied various genres including classical, musical theatre, jazz, and gospel. She loves to meet new people and learn from her students as much as they learn from her.
