About Mark

I'm a former D 3 college player (played #1 Jr./Sr. year), and have 25+ years teaching group/private tennis lessons, I was coached and mentored by a Rochester tennis hall of fame member Chuck (Legend) Spencer. I have a great teaching method for beginners, you will learn excellent strokes quickly (karate kid teaching methods for practice at home shadow strokes), as well as ball control. You will be able to play recreational tennis after a few lessons. I can also coach up to advance/expert which would include finishing drills and tennis point strategy and point management. It would be exciting to work with a top level high school player or younger, in addition to adults looking to improve their game.

I haven't taught for awhile, therefore looking forward to working with a few players who want to either learn the game for the first time, OR improve upon their game, including advance point management and strategy, I've helped a lot of players along the way, it's gratifying to see people's game improve !-
