About Roy

I am lucky to find a career I love. Teaching tennis is rewarding because you're teaching someone a lifetime sport.

I love teaching the fundamentals of the game because if it is done correctly you will have the opportunity to advance to a higher level and enjoy the game even more.

I'm a certifide tennis professional that has taught many players from beginners to nationally ranked players. I'm also a head tennis professional with experience and passion for the game.

I started teaching in the summers during college.

While working on Wall Street I taught tennis part-time because it was something I was good at and I had a nice clientel.

After 12 years working on Wall Street I decided to teach tennis full-time and am happy I made the switch.

College: Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida

Was certifide with the USPTA.

About the lesson

New students will get a free evaluation.

After the evaluation the student can be placed in a group lesson according to their ability or a private lesson.C

I've worked students of all ages and levels of play.

Make sure the teacher has experience. A good pro must be able to handle different levels of play, various ages and personalities and which is better suited with someone who has experience and a very good reputation in the area.

I'm a big supporter of "Play for Pink".

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Tell the pro your goals (short and long term).

How much time is the student willing to put in.

My clientel usually comes in one to three times a week.
