About Yan
Dong taijiqiuan Dao Academy
Dong Style Tai Chi is a traditional martial art that emphasizes balance, relaxation, and smooth, flowing movements. Rooted in the principles of harmony and mindfulness, it combines gentle techniques with coordinated breathing to improve physical health, mental focus, and overall well-being. Practitioners develop flexibility, strength, posture, and body awareness through slow, controlled forms and partner exercises.
