About Rachel

Open water swimmers! I am a swim coach specializing in efficient, comfortable freestyle for tri beginners, up to competitive strokes for USA swimmers, child through adult.

Learn-to-swim for kids is on a case-by-case basis.

Breakdown: Two adults can do semi-private lessons for the same price as a single private lesson, because I believe in the power of practicing with each other. Kids of similar abilities can do semi-privates, but if their spread is too far, I will take them one at a time.

I coach out of Colorado Springs.

About the lesson

6 month-old fearless swimmer to 70 year old terrified of water to 12 and 30 year olds trying to podium :)

Know what pool(s) they or you have access to, ask what kind of pool it is and if that fits what you need.

Go with one you think your child (or you) will be comfortable with. No coach should guilt you into a second meet up if you don't feel like it's a good personality match.

Adult: learn-to-swim / tri confidence -

$40 for 30 mins; $55 for 45 mins

Adult: tri finesse / gaining speed -

$45 for 30 mins; $60 for 45 mins

Travel rate: $75 for 45 mins

Child: $30 for 30 mins; $20 each for semi-private

USA Stroke work can add additional 15 mins for $15 dollars.
