About Chelsea
I have been swimming competitively since I was six, so if you want to be the best, you have to train with the best. Swimming is not just a sport in the pool, to be the best it takes serious dedication in and outside of the pool. You have to build endurance outside the water, so that when you get in the water you are able to sprint at a longer rate. I am a certified lifeguard and have certifications in CPR, First Aed, AED, and Lifeguard Training. I am very passionate about teaching swimming because it's more than swimming to me, it taught me discipline...my dad was my coach and getting me on this sport was one of the techniques he used for me to learn discipline and self control.
