About Kenny
I was an instructor in the Navy teaching various courses that ranged from dangerous (explosives, combat shooting, tactical driving) adventurous (land navigation, SCUBA) and physical (Swimming, O' courses, PT) for over 20 years. I've traveled around the world and taught students from different cultures whose languages I couldn't speak. Having been a student many times myself, I understand the complexity of learning and the stress that comes with it. I apply this mindset to all my courses and provide the type of learning environment I wish I'd had when I was the student.
I love to teach people new skills they can use to enhance their life experience
I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 25 years. I held many positions as the Physical Training Coordinator and various instructor roles throughout my career as a United States Navy SEAL.

Perfect! Kenny understood my water limitations and was very patient with me. He helped me to relax and be comfortable in water. I would absolutely refer anyone to Kenny that wants or needs a good swim instructor
- Jitenga, thank you for your trust in me to help you reach your goals in the water. Wish you the best in your new career!Kenny's response :
Perfect! Kenny is an amazing and very patient guy. We are beginners in swimming and trust me we have love working with him teaching us as adults it’s not easy for someone to teach two people at the same time swimming, we really appreciate him alot and hire him for anything you won’t regret it. He also checks up on us even when we don’t have class with him always concerns about us and thank you for that. I completely recommend him hands down the best 🙌🏾
- Thanks you Veronica, for your kind words.Kenny's response :
