About Carrie
Welcome to Physique LLC, a personalized fitness studio dedicated to helping every individual move, feel, and live better.
Owned and operated by Carrie Jackson, Physique offers one-on-one personal training with a special focus on seniors and special populations. Each session is designed to be safe, effective, and tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.
In addition to personal training, Physique offers Mat Pilates to help improve strength, balance, posture, and flexibility — and coming soon, Reformer Pilates for an even deeper, full-body training experience.
All sessions take place in a comfortable, private home studio, providing a supportive and encouraging environment where you can focus on your health and well-being.
To help you get started, your first training session is free — experience the personalized care and attention that makes Physique a place where fitness meets confidence and strength.
