Perfect! I never really learned how to swim as a child. I really wanted to do a triathlon but my swimming skills were very weak. I could not even swim one length of a 25meter pool without having to stop and rest at the end. I signed up for lessons with Liz in May and have learned so much about balance, what propels your body thru the water (it’s not your kick btw). How and when to take a breath and it all added to a wonderful evolution of my freestyle. I will be ready for my triathlon in September. Liz has a lot of patience and a teaching style like no other. I highly recommend her classes and endurance training.

Perfect! Through a series of drills designed to evolve my old style of swimming into a much faster effective style had remarkable results. Swimming was once my weakest sport.
I have since gained a strong style that is more efficient and faster using less effort than ever before. This new style has benefits beyond what I had imagined. My most recent triathlon time was 45 min faster because my legs were not tired from the swim and I had more leg strength for the bike and run. I am so impressed with Liz’s teaching techniques that I don’t know why I waited so long to take lessons. I now am really stoked that about my next triathlon this September.

Perfect! Liz was wonderful! she has a lot of patience to teach my child who was afraid to put her head underwater. By the end of the summer, my child was able to swim 15ft unassisted and learned to enjoy the water.
