About Isabella

I love being able to share the knowledge that I have learned from my teachers with the next generation of musical pioneers. I also love to help other women or members of the LGBT+ community progress and learn more about music technology.

Since I was really young I was always so immersed in music whether it be vocal lessons, band in school, going to college to study it, and create on my own. The way that music not only connects people but also allows for some of the deepest and most individualistic opportunities of expression. I think being able to help someone learn more about how to better connect people and express themselves is my favorite part!

I am a recent graduate from the Berklee College of Music (Class of 2021). I was a dual major in both Songwriting and Electronic Production & Sound Design. At Berklee, I graduated with a 3.46 GPA and was one of the few women in my Electronic Production & Design major.

I have been lucky enough to partake in a fellowship through my school to take an internship at Atlanta's premiere recording studio, Icon Studios.

I am a freelance songwriter, producer, sound designer, and DJ with experience working with clients to achieve a quality final product.

About the lesson

Typically when starting lessons with a new student we will spend a lot of the first lesson just talking about what the student's goals are, the topics they are interested in, any sort of knowledge they already have, and what they want to get out of the lessons. We will then go from there with small weekly assignments or things to practice to help achieve the goals the student is after. these assignments can be practicing specific mixing or production techniques, listening exercises, beat making, transition practice for djing, etc.

Don't be intimidated! Stepping into the world of music technology can be very overwhelming at times and I have totally been there when I first started. We are here to help you become everything you want to be!
