About Kara
My name is Kara Willis. I am one of the leading instructors at Softball Rebellion. For the past five years I have been a Division I pitching coach. While a college softball coach I have coached at Rhode Island, UMass and Dayton. While at Dayton I coached a staff to two record breaking seasons: lowest ERA (1.92) 7th in the country, most strike outs in a single season by an individual pitcher (204), A10 Pitcher of the Year, NFCA 1st Team All Region, and 1st team all conference.
At Softball Rebellion we are the leaders in, in person lessons and online lessons. We utilize slow motion video analysis, physics and sports science to enhance your skills.
I have been doing this my entire professional career. I have always been passionate about teaching and enhancing softball skills.
