About Eric
I train athletes from several sports, helping them with becoming a faster more explosive athlete! We always include stretching for more flexibility! Our prices are very competitive, so when your ready to become the athlete you desire come to me!
I have a personal training certification from an NASM that I received in 2015, after receiving it went to work for Planet Fitness as their trainer. In 2016 I became part owner of Trifecta Fitness Studio where I train athletes and just the casual person looking for a better more fit life!
