First off it depeneds the experience and Age, but first I would like to warm up the body by taking a light jog around the field, then stretch ( They can stretch what they need too or I will instruct), Set up cone and ladder without ball, then work with ball, Always want to end the session with shooting
Be ready to work, I like to take it seriously, and also be ready to improve
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
