About Max

- The Goal of my personalized soccer training is to help athletes grow in the position they are most comfortable with. Training sessions will be an hour long with a heavy focus on improving skills and positional awareness. Light conditioning and body weight strength training may be included during some training sessions. The goal of each training session is to improve as an all around player with a heavy focus on improving at the athletes desired position. Any skill leveled player is welcome to train, the goal is about improving as a player regardless of how experienced the player is. Age ranges vary from 10-17 as the age increases the harder the training sessions will be and the amount per session will increase with age. Each age range and position will have specific drills to fit the style of play they will be dealing with.
