About Shudhi
Choosing the right coach for your child matters. Soccer development is not just about skills. It is about confidence, consistency, and learning how to train the right way.
I was not always a confident or technical player. I had to build those qualities through intentional training, and that journey shapes how I coach today.
As a player in Hawaii, I won four State Cups, represented the State of Hawaii for my age group, and traveled to regional tournaments competing against top teams across the country. Those experiences taught me that success is not about talent alone, but about learning how to train with purpose.
My coaching career began at Southside Soccer Club in Tigard, Oregon, where our team reached the semifinals of the Oregon State Cup. I later served as an assistant and defensive coach for Kalani High School Girls Soccer in Hawaii and worked as a private soccer coach in Singapore, gaining experience across different competitive environments and soccer cultures.
In 2020, I moved to The Dalles and became the JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach for Girls Soccer at The Dalles High School alongside Colby Tonn. In 2022, the varsity program made the playoffs for the first time in ten years. In 2023, the team reached the quarterfinals for the first time in fifteen years. These milestones came from structure, accountability, and belief in the process.
At the youth level, I served as Head Coach for The Dalles Futball Club. Over two seasons, we moved from Division 2 up four divisions to Silver and won the Founders Cup while competing regularly in Portland. More importantly, players grew in confidence, discipline, and belief in themselves.
Today, my focus is helping competitive players build real confidence through structured, high-repetition training. I coach the way I wish I had been coached growing up. With clarity, high standards, and purpose.
My goal is simple. To help players feel confident on the ball, composed under pressure, and proud of how they show up both on and off the field.
