About Oscar
My goal is to help build the game by teaching and developing more technical players. I will not only teach but complete a report on every trainee to insure the parents of their development through every session. I am also committed to staying connected with my trainees throughout their soccer careers and I am here for them whenever they need me.
Seeing the development of my trainess on and off the pitch. The confidence they have when their skills are being challenged with each training session. I am a Certified US Soccer Coach and a member of the United Soccer Coaches. My ultimate goal is to Inspire, Lead, and Teach.
My dad was a semi-pro coach. So it was always in my blood to continue to teach. My youngest daughter brought everything full circle when she wanted me to coach and train her. The rest is history.
I am a Certified US Soccer Coach and a member of the United Soccer Coaches. I continue my development with courses through US Soccer training and United Soccer Coaches training.

Have an open ended conversation with the trainee. In order to find out what he/she is looking for. Trying to find out what his/her coach expects from them the following season. Develop drills that are specific to their position, challenge their soccer IQ by asking questions in order to develop their brain when playing the game.
I have worked with U5 through U15. From beginners to experienced. I welcome the challenge of helping players get better.
Look for a coach or trainer that is invested in your growth and development. Look for one that has passion in both actions and words.
Had the pleasure of coaching an official game at Red Bull Arena
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Make sure that your trainer allows you to talk about your needs and not what he/she wants you to do without knowing what you want to accomplish.
Does this coach have the passion for the sport?
Will he/she inspire, lead and teach me?
Will I feel comfortable with my trainer?
