About Sailor

With 19 years of playing experience, a current Division 1 soccer career, and hands-on coaching expertise, I bring knowledge and insight to player development. As a licensed coach with a U.S. Soccer "D" License and currently working toward my "C" License, I am committed to ongoing education and development to provide players with top-tier training.

I started my own coaching business over the COVID quarantine. It was a good outlet for players to be still involved and receive coaching while practices and teams were not going on. I have continued to coach private lessons since then, and I love every minute of it.

I have been playing soccer for 15 years and I have also been leading private lessons for 2 years. I currently play soccer for a Division 1 university in Florida. I have been coached by professional players and trainers before my college career began. I also coached a 2nd-grade soccer team over 2021, which included practices of course but also games and tournaments.

About the lesson

The first session will consist of a skill set evaluation to determine improvement areas. Then moving forward, I will put together lesson plans and drills to enhance the skills already obtained and positively improve weaker areas.

I have worked with students of a wide variety of ages. From a just turned 4 years old to 19 years of age. I can easily tailor any lesson plan to fit the specific age of a player.
