About the lesson

First we like to know the players level and position, so we can specifically design the session around what their needs are. The first session is an all round evaluation and then after that we can adjust to the players needs.

Players from aged 8 all the way up to college players aged 23.

Make sure you enjoy it whilst also working hard. It must be a mix of challenging drills but also enjoyment.

Coaching my u16 team to the Michigan State Cup Championship.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What they should be working on. How to progress in their position. How many times they should train according to their schedule.
