Join the movement... our drills transition to every sport and aspect of life. CEO Keevan Lucas: I started this movement while I was still chasing my dream in the NFL. But this starts further back, growing up I always loved to workout and compete. I played Baseball, Basketball, Football, and I also ran track. I was very active as a kid which made me very Motivated. While attending Abilene High school I was injured many times one knee injury sidelined me for half of my senior season. This made me extremely motivated and hungry ! Not only to play again but it made me hungry for KNOWLEDGE. I wanted to know WHY... the body breaks down... HOW can I be ahead of the game in order to protect my temple. I was blessed with an opportunity to attend The University of Tulsa in which I Graduated with my Exercise Sports Science degree. So what does that mean for 2mile? Not only did I achieve my dream in making it to the NFL ,but I also got my degree from a top tier university. I always wanted to Own my own Gym.. and help people women, kids, pediatric, geriatric, small, tall, white , black, latin, to achieve a common goal.. OVERALL HEALTH and a #2mile MENTALITY ! Those who know the CEO PERSONALLY... know that it’s been a long journey.. but that’s what #2milemovement is all about when the odds are stacked against what WILL YOU DO? We are creating a platform for everyone to be able to share their truths. No dream is to small... we are changing mindsets , and promoting life!! ... if you haven’t yet hit that like and share button. Don’t wait the time is now .

I had a knee injury in school and it made me really have to see life in a different angle.

I love serving others .. it's truly inspiring being to help these kids achieve there goals.

I graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in exercise sports science. I have both playing knowledge and the classroom experience. I want to help your kid to be able to excel as a D1 collegiate athlete . I spent a year in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles. I also played overseas in the CFL and GFL.

About the lesson

The first session is always a baseline event the drills and exercises will be pretty basic in content. I want to get a feel for my athletes. Learning their strengths and weaknesses in order to make the proper program.
