As the CEO of 3pleozfitness and an NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance, I offer tailored training programs that cater to diverse needs. I typically ask about my students history/experience with tha game -where he or she has played, how and when. This typically gives me an insight into the experience and level of exposure my student has. Then I ask what his or her short and long term goals are. Furthermore, I ask a few questions to ascertain how he/she is comfortable training. With these background information,I am able to create a suitable,custom training plan/regime for my student.
