I'll take "never-evers" but prefer to work on form with "Green Slopes". All-mountain assessment is followed by single function drills to improve specific skills.
All kinds, overweight sea-level Texans and super athletic, altitude adjusted little Latinos. People who have mastered the chairlift within a couple hours on the snow to ones who take a whole weekend to get to the lift line.
Get someone who you can communicate with. If they can make you laugh, like you have a shared sense of humor, way better.
It's really important that it's all about FUN!
Back surgery less than five years old, a 33 yo male from Florida with very recent shoulder surgery had his boneless (one boot buckled) heel side slip good to the point that he successfully handled the chair lift after about a dozen carpet rides and well within two hours on the hill, first time ever!
