About Gina
Hi I'm Gina and I've been teaching, directing, and working with kids for nearly two decades. I'm currently the Education Director at Center Stage Theatre in Shelton, a 501(c)3 non profit where we have over 100 students. I provide vocal performance lessons in Shelton, helping students gain confidence, prepare for auditions or special events, and more.

During the first lesson, I have the student choose a song to sing for me so I can start to get an idea of their vocal range and ability, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, etc. From there, we start choosing and experimenting with different songs to find the right style for each individual. If they have a specific event coming up (i.e. audition, talent show, pageant, etc) we begin working on that material right away.
I have worked with students of all ages, from elementary school through college.
This September, I am opening the Center Stage Education Center which is located in the former St. Joseph's School Building in Shelton. The new space includes 4 dedicated classrooms for classes, workshops, and after school programs and welcomes kids from all over the area.
