About Sarah
All music is great music and it's all worth learning about in any envirement. From artists like Bach, Philip Glass, Queen and Ariana Grande, there can be lessons learned. I incorperate a holistic approch to voice lessons that touches on theory, rhythm and vocal technique.
I am a beginner voice teacher and just graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in December 2018 with a Bachelor's of Music. While attending Cornish I studied under Dr. Natalie Lerch. I am located in the Seattle area, but started in Champaign, Illinois. While there I was section leader for sopranos, and also would lead small group rehearsals.
While not teaching I am singing new works by composers, composing and singing in my acapella group Fine Rain Falling. I cover a wide variety of styles in both my compositional works and the works of others.
