About Laura
I coach/tutor students in acting, singing, and dancing. I have loads of training from some of the best teachers in NYC. I stay up to date with the entertainment industry in NYC and STL, and am involved in the current entertainment industry.
I have been acting, singing, and dancing since I was 3 years old and it is a huge part of me. Helping students on upcoming performances, auditions, or classes is an interest of mine, and I look forward to learning from my students as much as they learn from me.
I started substitute teaching at Performing Arts Center in college after training there through my adolescent years.
My resume and website has the most detailed information. I have a BFA Musical Theatre degree from Lindenwood University, performance experience in STL and NYC, and training in NYC. I've trained with Michael Howard Studios, Actors Therapy, One on One, Actors Connection, The Growing Studio, New York Vocal Coaching, Steps on Broadway, and Broadway Dance Center in NYC.

I would suggest looking for a teacher that is still involved and working in the field that you are looking to learn about. Also, a teacher that you jell with on a personal level is very important to me when I'm looking for a coach or teacher. If we don't get along on a personal level, our work sessions won't be very productive and I usually will get frustrated.
