About Catriona
Catriona Fray Studios for the Performing Artists is a holistic music, yoga, dance, and acting private coaching school designed to connect the mind, body, and soul to an artistic discipline.
Catriona has been privately coaching voice, guitar, and piano since 2016 after graduating from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television in the Musical Theater Department.
She was also a featured soprano in the UCLA ScatterTones a cappella group, traveled around the country singing at the White House, opened for Grammy Award winning Pentatonix, and filmed with recording artist Jojo in a national commercial for Freeform.
She is a RYT-200 hour certified Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Private lessons are essential to get personalized feedback and attention in your practice in a safe space to explore, evolve, elevate, and expand within the mind, body, and soul.
No matter where you’re at on your artistic journey, you are welcome to explore your creativity. Every student working with Catriona has the opportunity to practice critical thinking, to discover, express, and integrate their own experiences into their artistic practice, to get curious about their own unique creative ideas, and to learn the essential value of collaboration, interdependence, and compassion.
Catriona believes that a student’s ability to self express musically and artistically does not discriminate. Catriona’s commitment is to have everyone connect to themselves and each other deeply and empathetically through their own unique artistic expression and development.
