I am a professionally trained and working Actor, Vocalist, Voice Artist, and with my training and experience, I enjoy bringing that knowledge and experience into my teaching with others. I teach a variety of techniques---practical and technical----to clients, to help in learning about Acting, Performance technique / Auditioning, Dialects / Accent work, Vocal technique, Singing, Music / Music Theory, etc.

I hold a MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio / New School, and a BA in Theatre & Vocal Performance / Music. Additional training from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and I am a Member of the Actors Studio.

About the lesson

In an initial session (or possibly first couple sessions), I provide resourceful information to clients / students, which may be helpful and serve their goals. It is also a primary part of the process to get to know students, their interests, skills, and preferences in terms of technique of learning. Asking a variety of questions is vital through every part of the process, specifically in the early stages.

I have worked with students / clients of all ages and levels, and from all training backgrounds. I have worked in private sessions with students, professional performers, and in master class / workshop settings with students of various training levels.
