About Tieoma
Hi Tai Chi friends ,
2 Certified associate Taichi instructors of the "Taichi healthway and associates" taught by Master Jessie Tsao. We are a dual team teaching Tai Chi Yang Style along with Fan, Sword, Cane and Staff done in Yang Stye.
Come join me and discover this ancient and graceful martial art.
We will begin with a breathing meditation.
Then we will do. Qi Gong a gentle stretch exercise which improves the circulation, balance and energy in the body.
Then beginning with the first five basic movements of the 24 Tai Chi form.
I took a class and loved it. So I decided to become a teacher.
I am certified and have been teaching for seven years.

Students, please make sure you are on time. If you are not feeling well. Do not come to class. Please be courteous to your Teacher & Students. Wear shoes that are comfortable no Sandles. You can go bare foot.
Anyone willing to put out the effort. Put time into Practice.
Look for some you feel comfortable with, and see progress in their students!

Details
Private classes are $25. 00 for 1/2 hour.
Hour classes are $35.00 for 1 hour.
2 classes per week one private and the other with a group $ 40.00
I will not turn away students if you can't afford these prices. Please talk to me so we can set a plan for you.
