I bought a sewing machine and thought I'd be able to teach myself but I was mistaken. I contacted Tish who was more than happy to help me learn how to use my own sewing machine. Time flew by during the lessons and they were challenging but enjoyable. The overall experience I would rate 5 stars however with a strict schedule, it was difficult to meet up during her available hours. For anyone that doesn't have a 9-5, this shouldn't be an issue though.

I had no clue what I was doing when I asked Tish to teach me to sew. With her help, I made a t-shirt that I absolutely love. Her access to fabric, patterns and machinery was a huge help because I did not have any of those resources for myself.

Tish was very personable and made me feel comfortable as I was clearly out of my comfort zone. Her knowledge and expertise of this craft was extensive and yet she remained positive and patient when I did not catch on quickly.
