About Malory
Greetings! I am a practicing and teaching yogi whose services are stand out from others! I come from a very honest place, no expectations and welcoming of all creeds, origins, classes, sizes, races, genders, orientations, etc. I have a big perfunctory and function solely off of humor and truth. You will absolutely feel like you've known me your whole life and will feel comfortable around me. I am a humanitarian that welcomes each and every opportunity to bring you closer to your true self and the ultimate goal of inner peace and health. There are no restrictions nor limitations with me regarding the practice I offer. You are free to tell me what your goal is and we will devise a plan specifically customized to you! Yoga is not about tightening your butt, it's about getting your head out of it!
I absolutely love helping people. Whether it is to relieve stress, lose weight, make a new friend or participate in another amazing adventure, being around amazing people is one of my favorite things in the world!
I moved to East Coast from West Coast and culture shock took over me. I needed to find peace in a non peaceful situation. Yoga found me, and I've never looked back!!!
Have 200HR training from a Yoga Alliance accredited school. I have practiced yoga for a decade, at first, self taught! Then I decided to become formally educated and certified.

My typical process is sharing an embarrassing story to break the ice and show I am human too! Comfort is incredibly important between teacher and pupil.
I have worked with all ages, sizes, levels, types of incredible people! You all teach me something as much as I teach you.
My advice is to go with who you feel you would be comfortable with based on the profile. If you are not comfortable, you will not achieve what you desire.
I am fond of all the people that say how goofy I am and humble. I never take myself too seriously, especially in yoga! It isn't supposed to be perfect and neither are you!
