About Cory
It is very gratifying to help people gain confidence, reduce intimidation and improve fitness by developing the skills necessary for effective self defense and the capacity to reduce the likelyhood of being targeted for assault.
I trained for years in Judo and then in Karate, and began teaching in 1982 after I earned my first degree black belt.
I have more than 35 years of teaching experience. I have experience in many different arts and interact regularly with many of the world's top combat sport athletes
