About Justin
Here at Champions Kickboxing we have created a welcoming environment complete with devoted fitness instructors that are here to push-you in order for you reach your goals. By Providing a variety of full HIIT (high-intensity interval training)
workouts infused with a fighter's workout of Jump-roping, shadow boxing, pad work, and heavy weight punching bags. Our main focus is to challenge you the moment that you walk in the door so you can achieve your maximum level of fitness and agility. Each day will be different, so come in and check us out. Be prepared to work!
