About Chris
I have been coaching track and field on the youth, high school and college level since 2004. I am personally a NCAA National Champion, All-American and Hall of Fame recipient. I am currently coaching college All-Americans and I am director of a youth track and field team.
Former Athlete turned coach.
NCAA Division I College coach since 2006.

Step Two: Complete a movement assessment to determine needs.
Step Three: Start training based on goal and assessments.
Ages 7 to adults.
