About Jonathan
I've been in the sport of track & field since I was 8 years old as well as studying health and exercise. I've ran at every level possible including pro which I currently still do. If you are just looking to get in shape or looking for conditioning for another or my favorite looking to smash a PR in your next race contact me I'm the guy that will get you there !!!
The thing I enjoy the most about what I do is giving the information I learned through my track career and passing it down to the kids also just helping kids get ready to achieve their goals in any sport. Also I love the process of seeing people reach there going and get in shape it really is life changing !!!!
