About Laura
I've been teaching aerobics for 30 years and running during most of that. It was a natural transition to incorporate running into my teaching. I don't take on a lot of students and focus more on richness of the partnership.
Certified RRCA coach
completed multiple marathons, half marathons, 10k, and ultra distance events. Also competed in Tough Mudder and Spartan events.

Let's have a discussion! I'm about talking to the individual to learn what they need and what they are working toward, setting realistic goals, and working together to achieve the goals.
I e had a large range of students and yet enjoy more in coaching the starters - those who are new to an event or new to running. Setting a solid and positive foundation is really critical for long term lovers of running and I want to help establish that with successes to back it.
