About Olivia
Passionate about education, I am currently available to provide tutoring services catered to meet your unique needs. My educational philosophy utilizes coaching (positive psychology) and strategic planning. In other words, together we set achievable goals and work to reach those goals in ways that are encouraging and empowering.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Keuka College, a Master of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies: Life Coaching and Communications from Liberty University. I am also currently a doctoral student at Johnson University working toward a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a concentration in Educational Leadership.
I have experience serving as a facilitator of groups of twenty to thirty adult students. I also have worked as a tutor helping high school students with their coursework from various different subjects. I am open to assisting students of all ages, youth and adults.

The tutoring process begins with me asking the student what their educational goals are and if there are any challenges that they would like to overcome to be able to reach those goals. Taking into consideration the students answers to those questions, the student and I will create a written plan of actions steps to be taken to reach the students desired goals. Having a written plan is helpful as it can be revisted and readjusted during the learning process.
