About Beatriz
We are a super friendly and highly knowledgeable Pilates studio that offers group and private lessons in Pilates. We also offer a group Barre circuit classes and bfit fusion classes. I have personally been teaching fitness for over 25 years. I’ve had my business for over nine years. I have experience training professional athletes dancers as well as beginners. I am certified in Pilates through power Pilates platies education institute and I am also a certified Pilates method alliance instructor. When I meet a new student I have them fill out a waiver and medical history form at my studio. I then discuss what the student has as far as goals and also anything I need to know regarding injuries or areas of concern. Depending on their level and goals I designed a program that is best for them.
