About Nicole
Nicole is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) with over 10 years experience teaching Classical, Contemporary, and Therapeutic Pilates to students of all fitness levels. Nicole grew up deeply connected to movement through ballet, gymnastics, and figure skating. She was first introduced to Mat Pilates when, at the age of 12, she was diagnosed with scoliosis. She studied exercise science and became an NASM certified personal trainer in college. In 2012 Nicole completed training and certification at a studio in Westlake Village known for its rigorous approach to Pilates. She continued her Pilates practice through 3 pregnancies, and found that it gave her the strength, flexibility, and mental discipline to quickly recover. Having worked with everyone from pregnant and postpartum mothers, to clients recovering from injuries, to teens and elite athletes, she believes that Pilates offers genuine health benefits to all. Though PIlates is her core focus, she has also earned an RYT Yoga Certification and Children’s Yoga Certification.
