Regina did such a fine job training me, that I wanted to become a trainer myself. Honestly, I got more out of her pilates workouts than with any other exercise discipline--pilates is perfect for my body and Regina has an eye for tailoring the training to personal needs.

It was challenging yet not strenuous and most important I got results.
