About Heidi
I’ve been passionate about helping people move well and feel better in their bodies for 25 years. I began dancing as a child and teach ballet, yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic. I feel so blessed to have a worJed with & learned from my clients ranging from six-year-old ice skaters, pre & post natal women & athletes to senior citizens and Cirque du Soleil performers. I would love the chance to work with you too!
