Tracy is very easy to work with and skilled to achieve terrific results. My core is now strong thus protecting the back issues that can ruin your day. I feel confident.The reformer technology if properly used apparently does wonders. You can feel and see the benefits. The only thing it doesn't do is grow hair, provide testosterone therapy and make coffee. At my age(74) even hearing the phrase "6 pack" is weird but anything is possible. It has improved the quality of my life. What a discovery! Wish I had found this sooner. Tracy pushes you just enough to get the benefits and results that are worth the price of admission!
